I've had this for a few months now and this place is great!! They have a working bathroom! And it's clean! Most places. The "have" a bathroom thats permanently out of order. Usually other places have some mess or glass or bits on the floor. The hallways are super clean! Lots of dollys of different kinds. They have a large full loading dock to park. Pleanty of parking! Staff is professional and helpful. Renting a 10x20. Note, 24 hours access is businesses only.

I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. I move to a new city on average 3 times per year, and use storage units a LOT. This business has had the BEST customer service I've experienced in years, and the building itself is very easily accessible and clean. I've rented with them twice, and would absolutely rent again.
