Her customer service skills is on point. She should be promoted to manager or be given a raise because she takes a her job seriously, she is very knowledgable, very kind and polite. Decided to rent a small unit and the minute I walked in the door for assistance I already felt it was a really great experience. Edyta Colon, Store Specialist has superb customer service skills.
