As with any transfer from one facility to another there were some bumps along the way however once everything got settled at Storage Post I was extremely satisfied. The staff there did everything they could to accommodate me and I feel very confident my possessions are in a safe secure well managed facility. Thank you to Fred and Aaron.

My experience was pleasurable from start to finish .Abraham and the rest of the team went above and beyond to confirm my needs were meet. I cant say my situation was ordinary so I didn't expect the grace I received. Also the building is impeccable kept. I recommend this location as the staff will definitely take care of you.

Guys. It’s me, Shawn. I gotta tell yall folks about an Incredible storage facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely safe and comfortable vibe about the place. Carmen and Romulus are legitimate rock stars and so wonderfully kind and intelligent. Wish I could give 6 stars tbh! :):)

OOOMMMGGG…. 32 Grand Avenue in Brooklyn is AMAZING!! I met Carmen, Jerome and Romulus. These guys are SUPER Duper professional, professionally friendly, organize. The place is SUPER clean. The staff is SUPER amazing. I felt safe and I love it. THANK YOU so much for watching over my storage unit while I make my transition to Queens. They actually deserve more than five stars it should be 10 stars plus!!! So long and be well.

I was in an uber with all my belongings stranded because the facility at which I held a reservation was closed and not answering the phone. I was desperate and anxious! I was treated quickly over the phone by the representative who gave me a couple options of locations, helped me chose an appropriate size unit, and signed me up over the phone. Knowing I was paying by the minute for my transportation I was given the ability to sign and send the lease agreement electronically so all would be set upon arrival. At the location the staff also was considerate of my car situation tell me to unload first and we could go through the tour and instructions after, to keep me expenses low during my move. I typically do not right reviews but this was an oasis in the desert experience and I am glad to share!

Everything was great fast and easy

We have had experiences with storages in the past but this is one of the best ones so far. The manager is always ready and willing to help. Would definitely recommend. Faria Ich and Sarah
