Loading Bays are conveniently located across from parking lot. 24 HR access works, Plenty of dollys to load and premise is seldom busy especially considering this location is in such a congested location.

Reinaldo was amazing! He's extremely helpful, courteous and wonderful to work with. He took the time to show me several units and explain the process of renting. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. Opening up a new storage unit took no time at all and was an easy & seamless experience. I'd definitely recommend Storage Post (and Reinaldo)!!

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this place for all storage needs. The hours are great, as well as the location for my business. I had excellent customer service from an employee named Jessica. She was willing to work with me in making sure all my needs were met. I dont regret doing business with Storage Post Self Storage.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who provided support on August 1st 9:00am but his customer skills were excellent. He reviewed offers, payment options, helpful tips for navigating the unit and building (where to drop off after hours, etc.). Special thanks to this staff member for his support.

I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.
