Finally got to sign contract ‍️Dealt with Manny, who was very accommodating. If short-staffed, there needs to be a better system for staffers to be aware of customers who need office assistance, when staff are on the floor!

I booked the location this weekend. Called first and received the most wonderful customer service from Porscha at the call center. Then I went to the location and Manny was super pleasant and customer friendly. I really appreciated his welcoming energy. The location itself is brand new so it’s super clean. I love that it is this clean! Overall great experience and the prices are superb. It is probably the best storage facility I’ve had on StatenIsland. I was previously at Rover Self Storage (previously Keepers Storage). The difference is like night and day.

My first time coming into the facility was very warm and friendly. I had explained what I was looking for and what I was trying to do. my first day going to check a unit. I had an employee name MANNY which was funny respectful and honest. I try giving him a hard way by just throwing questions at him. To see if he knew his job. He was funny outgoing honest and friendly. He kept calm and that’s when I knew I don’t mind doing business with them. Now my 2nd time coming to make sure I was still able to get the unit and met another women which I think was office manager. But she also remain calm nice and friendly. So the day I go to move in I see manny. Now I asked him did he remember me. Well yes he did and it was funny cause we hit it off the first time. So he really made me feel welcome and relaxed. He made sure I was set and ready and even asked did I need anything before started or if I had any questions. This to me is a good company cause they are picking funny and friendly people to run and work in they company. Also they prices are reasonable and the offers are better then other storages places. So if I could give them 10 fingers I would hands down they have my vote

Just want to put outthere that I'm beyond happy with the services I received from Manny and Kim, Manny especially, he is really good at just being human and friendly and welcoming, your business should really appreciate those two employees, yes your prices and convenience is key but customer service goes a long way and they are really good at doing that and it seems to me that's who Mannyis genuinely I don't think It's business with him it's real! Anyways thank you storagepost for the great customer service workers

Many was able to answer all my questions, showed me units that were closer to the elevator (less walking) and very respectful!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
