Manny is a very professional over the top with his customer service even willing to stay a few minutes late to help me out. I of course finished on time. There was a minor issue because of a next door neighbor but I was able to swap units without any problem. 5 star service.

This place is very very clean, alot of security cameras, 3 elevators, alot of merchandise like boxes,locks, tape, packaging supplies etc and the kiosk is lovely to use when it's busy and I love the access hours but I need to point something out that was way more impressive to me which is your employee or operations manager Manny, that man is special, by the grace of God he helped me beyond words can explain his heart is pure, my movers abandoned me and he made his business to make sure I was takened care of , he is very professional, he helped me and 3 other people all at once anyways thank you Manny you the best

Manny was kind and very helpful with us, right person for customer service, thanks! It would be nice if we knew that 5х5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.

Manny is a great help. Was very useful and helpful. The storage place is very clean and organized. Very simple and everyone is very nice and helpful. Never had any problems that I experienced in other storage places. Manny has been nothing but a helpful and very caring person. Whatever issues or problems I would have he took care of them right away. From day one when I started renting my unit he was a tremendous help. If there were more people like manny in every business it would be so much easier to do your shopping or whatever thing your doing.
