It was a smooth process signing up for it. Shawn was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and climate controlled which is good for us. I'd recommend this place.

Manny has done a tremendous job with welcoming me and my family into storage, his character and representation of this facility is remarkable. Place is clean, love all the features, again manny can't thank you enough ! Storage post don't lose that guy!

Kimberly was amazing, and I had the pleasure of working with her at Storage Post. She was incredibly flexible and helpful, making sure I found the ideal storage space for all of my items. WOW, I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT STORAGE POST STATEN ISLAND! FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, I FELT WELCOMED AND TAKEN CARE OF. MANNY WAS SUCH A GREAT HELP IN GETTING ME SET UP, AND THE FACILITY IS ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE SOLUTION, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

I was very frustrated. When I arrived no one was there to take me to my unit, give me the key to my lock. I arrived with my movers and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come back! No one told me they close for lunch!!!!!! No one told me I needed the key to get into the unit!!!!! I had to pay my movers extra!!!!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Storage Post's Staten Island location is the best! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Kimberly who helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The facility is clean and well-lit, and the kiosks make it easy to access my unit whenever I need to. I can't recommend this place enough!
