If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Initially, I was extremely hesitant on storing my personal items in a storage unit and wanted to find a location I could trust. Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate. This is an ideal storage facility, where you encounter excellent customer service and continued support while your items are there. Love it!!!

My husband and I came looking to store a few items last week on Monday. The young lady there was very helpful she gave us a full tour , she took her time and was very clear with everything ! This facility is very clean , quiet and most importantly safe which was my biggest concern. I would highly recommend this facility ! Thank You so much !!!

I've had to use storage facilities many times. This was by far my best experience.

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

The facility is what you'd want it to be. Had a brief issue with billing but the company quickly resolved it after being made aware of the problem.
