It was a smooth process signing up for it. Shawn was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and climate controlled which is good for us. I'd recommend this place.

From the beginning of the online lookup, I received a call from Customer Care Porsha asking if I needed help with my check in. Right away I was completely comfortable and felt seen and appreciated. As for my physical check in I was greeted with the amazing feeling of being able to walk through the reservation without being mistaken. Overall amazing experience and it was worth the tacos and margaritas but I was in town with family and friends so maybe next time. 10/10

Porche was the most helpful person. She got me a storage unit set up despite me being in another state. Was very easy to get set up and access to my unit.

The staff at this location are courteous and go be on the call of duty to help you clean premises easy parking thanking Jordy,Vinny and steve for making my transition from one facility to another

It was a great location .but I just have one issue. Why they lock the storage if you have only one day past due.?

For anyone looking for a storage unit with amazing staff and great amenities than Storage Post is the place. I want to give a huge shout out to Romulus and Carmen at the Grand Ave Brooklyn location for helping me find the perfect storage unit for all my needs. Both of them were knowledgeable professional and very patient. I must have asked over a 100 questions and they answered every single one. Romulus was so great showing me multiple units through the building because I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. He helped me find the perfect one. Carmen was so awesome with helping me get all my paperwork done and explaining everything perfectly and answering all my questions. She is an absolute gem!! I look forward to keeping my stuff safe and sound at Storage post for years to come.
