I have a couple of issues l was quoted one price online but when l got to the actual facility the price was totally different and why do you not have bins for us to dispose of things when we're cleaning the out I've rented before and we were furnished with that luxury.

Ive been renting fo some time now and i dont understand why i cant use the bathroom..i travel alot when i get there they tell me its out of service or not available

The storage we had was good and clean. The facility is well maintained. However you do get the occasional people that leave the door open or jam it so they can get in and out without a code. Besides that the place is very well lit and secure.

Access code didn't originally work on elevator. Other than that my move - in was good.

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.

I thought it was a very simple and smooth process booking the storage lot online. However I didn't get the access code in order to begin storing my items. I called right away but nothing was done as of yet. I lost almost 12 hours of moving although my move in date was yesterday, November 4th. Very disappointed.

Very clean place nice stsff.but they claim to have climate control units. I have been there several times its almost like standing outside. Its cold as a freezerinthere6
