I’ve been using this storage facility for almost two years for my personal and business purposes. I’m very satisfied with staff,they are helpful professional and friendly. Fred the manager is very courteous,always there to help and answer all questions. Once I closed one unit and after closing I have received some packages so month or two after I went to get the new unit and they kept and held my packages for me. They definitely deserve 5 starts.

Manny was and is exeptional, he is beyond on point in representing himself and this company, I could tell his customer service is genuine and he is true to his commitment in doing so, he toured me very well, all of the cameras, 3 elevators and the kiosk is really cool. I had an amazing experience at storage post. The manager Fred was truely thoughtful and caring about my needs. I went to 6 different companies today and this place is by far the best. 24 hour access, promotion deals for up to 2 month free on certain units and very clean and functioning facilities. Check it out!

UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!

This storage is the best. A little bit pricey, but hey you get what you pay for.

Just opened a new unit here and it was a very smooth transaction. Kelvin was very helpful. Even though he was the only person working, I didn’t feel rushed and he even showed me another unit just to make me feel more comfortable with the unit.
