Manny was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and helpful choosing my storage unit. He is very respectful, courteous and has a wonderful sense of humor. The facility is very clean and super affordable! I am thankful that my move-in experience was very smooth and effortless due to Manny's professionalism. I highly recommend Storage Post for those looking for a storage facility. Manny made this experience for me very smooth and professional! I moved into a unit with my daughters at Fordham yesterday. Good Pricing and Great service. The manager Mr. Salcedo and Lady were great! Place looked very clean and The bathroom looked better than my own at home! They were friendly and bilingual too! It got busy at one point but handled it nicely and they still made it go by fast and easy for me. They gave us all info we needed and helped us get the unit we really wanted! ! I wish I can give 6 stars!

This place has great costumer service.alway attentive towards the customers.maintenance of the facility is up to part..the staff are friendly and courteous.
