She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.

Great fast service the place is very clean. The lady that took care of me was very nice explained everything clearly and to the point

It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call to reserve and rent a unit, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well in the services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units, and a bathroom in the office.(bathroom only accessible during office hours) Also they sell locks for the units if you don't already have one, and it looks like they sell other goods and services too but I'm not sure. I rent a climate controlled 5x5x8 unit.

Way better than the storage unit on Baldwin Avenue and the tall girl at the front desk is awesome

Great places to get boxes. They're ne we out if stock and the guys who work there are really nice. They always carry my boxes out to the car for me

What can I say? This site is a great site and I've had no problems since I've been storing here. The Manager Ozzie is always on top of things and very helpful when I am need of services. Thumbs up to Ozzie!
