Not only is he so patient, and understanding, but he's especially the right person for the job! Max, is knowledgeable and great, at what he brings to the table. Although I was upset someone broke into my locker & stole all of my esthetician equipment/household materials. I have to mention the exceptional customer service I was able to recieve from the new management. There was a guy walking around making Sure he was monitoring the facility as well as the guy at the front desk who helped me with an insurance claim+ a new lock. I wanted to thank you personally for being attentive, alert and on top of business. As soon as I mentioned an issue with my old lock he took the steps to drill it off for me free of charge. I appreciate you all caring about my items and explaining what happened! I was having a terrible day after finding the unfortunate events and the staff remained calmed and didn't trigger an even further attitude. Thank you so much Max For being very knowledgeable about your job and having a calm spirit
