The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! I had some issues with my move, the staff and management went above and beyond to make things smoother. Thank you Alicia for taking care of me in the time of need!!!

My experience with the entire Staffs at STORAGE POST, is excellent! They are all courteous, professional, and very helpful... the Specialist at this Jersey City site, Yamash Singh, is an exemplary employee! The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer. I am VERY satisfied with STORAGE POST, and would recommend this Company, especially the Jersey City branch, to anyone. Thank you all for your help and courtesy. I am very satisfied with my Unit! C. This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!

The staff on-site is excellent, my move-in was seamless, and I'm happy with my storage unit. However, if you are considering this location, I would avoid renting online & speak to someone in-person. Context: In an online promotion, I was promised two free months but the lease I was originally provided did not honor that. I asked for an edit multiple times & was ignored. Due to moving deadlines, I was pressured to sign the lease without the edits. I was ghosted by customer service until I left a 2-star review & then my concerns were finally addressed. Regardless, I'm glad that they've honored my original agreement & I now have a new lease in place at a convenient, clean, safe storage facility.
