This is my second time renting a unit in this location and I have to say: “Is awesome’. A lot of space, privacy, service. Always neat and clean. A lot of carts to make your moving easy. Clean, secure and well-lit. I appreciate the 24 hour access and reasonable pricing. I would have given five stars, but there's one problem: there aren't enough ramps! I shouldn't have to lift wheels over a curb. That's my only complaint. I notice that there are units labled as "accessible". If I'm able-bodied and struggling over the curbs, what is a person in a wheelchair or using a walker supposed to do? Please install ramps.
