My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. Sooo a very very special thank you to you all for helping me transition during a bad time in my life. You guys are awesome!!

Clean, well lit units. Personnel are the BEST! I had several units at this location over the past 10 years. The staff always accommodating, concern and willing to help with any situation within their power. Shout Out to India!! Val, don't let her get away. This is a very easy place to rent. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. Prices are reasonable and though I was worried about the location the in-out is easy. Very satisfied with the experience. I do wish that it would be a BIT cleaner - but just a bit and it would be PERFECT.
