Great place to store items

Clean, secure and well-lit. I appreciate the 24 hour access and reasonable pricing. I would have given five stars, but there's one problem: there aren't enough ramps! I shouldn't have to lift wheels over a curb. That's my only complaint. I notice that there are units labled as "accessible". If I'm able-bodied and struggling over the curbs, what is a person in a wheelchair or using a walker supposed to do? Please install ramps.

This place is very clean and appealing to the eyes. I was going through a hard time and the staff there, Hi Kayla, were very professional and made me feel at home. I would recommend everyone to store their belongings here. The attitudes and body language exemplified by you guys is what customer service is about. The staff on-site is excellent, my move-in was seamless, and I'm happy with my storage unit. However, if you are considering this location, I would avoid renting online & speak to someone in-person. Context: In an online promotion, I was promised two free months but the lease I was originally provided did not honor that. I asked for an edit multiple times & was ignored. Due to moving deadlines, I was pressured to sign the lease without the edits. I was ghosted by customer service until I left a 2-star review & then my concerns were finally addressed. Regardless, I'm glad that they've honored my original agreement & I now have a new lease in place at a convenient, clean, safe storage facility.

My experience was mostly great. My only complaint is that there aren't any ramps in the place, which made it difficult to maneuver dollies and hand trucks. Thst makes no sense!!

GREAT Facility!!! GREAT PRICE!! GREAT SECURITY!! And for those FIRST TIME lookers for storage, the most important things...TEMP CONTROLLED, LARGE ELEVATORS!!! It's my second home!!

My move and process of getting a unit was quick. I came in 5 mins before closing and they did a great job assisting me. After they had left, we had until 8pm to store everything away.

The Management at the Jersey City Storage Post are the best in the industry, especially Valerie! Valerie is helpful, caring, professional, very hard-working and a true asset to the company. Because of her I will recommend Storage Post to all my friends and colleagues. I have been to Manhattan Mini Storage and they are managed by horrible gross humans.
