UPDATE: I want to say I originally gave this facility a 1 star rating, but came back to update it to 5 stars. The Manager, Mohamed did contact me after my negative experience and review. He was amazing! He did everything he could possibly do to ease my fears, and change my absolutely awful experience into a much better one. Mohamed is truly a stand up guy and an asset to this business. He made sure the employee in question would no longer create issues for me or any other customers. He took care of my every need. I truly believe my situation was not the normal occurrence at this facility, and just an unfortunate encounter with a terrible employee. I would recommend use of this storage company. I had the worst experience of my life at this location. I have been a customer at the location for more than two years, and did absolutely nothing to warrant the treatment I received. An employee came to my storage unit completely unprovoked, and spoke to me disrespectfully, cursed at me, treated me rudely, made me feel unsafe and intimidated. He seemed unhinged. I immediately called customer service, literally in tears, and shook up. Thank God, my son was there with me. Even with my son there I did not feel safe. I feared retaliation for filing a complaint. I had to stop doing what I was doing in my unit and leave. I reached out to customer service numerous times to follow up, and HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK from management. The individuals I spoke with were all professional and empathetic, but unable to assist me beyond referring me to management. You would think when a customer, especially a woman leaves your facility in fear for her safety it would be enough of a reason for an immediate follow up. I should have called the police, but I was so shocked and taken by surprise by the employee that I just didn’t think of it. It’s obvious this place could care less about their customers. I think I have been extremely patient given what’s happened. It’s been a week, with multiple calls, and customer service can’t understand why I haven’t been contacted.

I want to start off by saying the customer service Porsha was amazing. She was empathetic with my situation we shared experiences on the phone she was just great. Then I get to the store was unit the representative there I believe his name is Johnny I may have to come back and do an edit but he's the only person that I've seen there so when I tell you he was amazing I came in I said I got to make him smile cause it's almost time for the place to close so I walked in I said something to him and he just laughed so he was amazing he went above and beyond he did everything he was supposed to do and more. This guy is an angel seriously he was an angel that God sent my way. And please excuse me if I have the name incorrectly like I said I'll come back and do an edit but you know who you are if the name is incorrect. The only thing that I had a little issue with is the doorway to get to the lockers using the carts they have and the doorway the doorway has a step up now if you have boxes on top of the cart you now have to lift the boxes over this step and the door does not stay open and there's no door stopper soul and there's a railing outside so in order for you to like turn the car open the door lift it up on the steps it made it almost impossible. I think they need to reconsider it lowering that step making it flat get a door stopper or fix the door so I can stay open as we're getting the cart in because we're already going through enough putting things inside these lockers and now we have to worry about how we're going to put them in over this hump. I really don't want to complain because like I said it was a great experience, but I just think this is an issue that needs to be met when people are spending money ...storage units make plenty of money to have that fixed. And I only thought about what if somebody was Handicapable and they were in a wheelchair how are they going to get in. So I'm just asking if that one little simple thing can be fixed that would be great but other than that I had a great experience

My experience was great! Steve was busy with several customers and he managed to attend to me as well. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the site including the restroom in the office. Furthermore, the deal that I was able to aquire was the best so far in reference to monthly rates.

The place is convenient and the rep Courtney is great. Very professional and courteous. The only problem I have with the storage place is that they charge you for minor things to make more money. I had to purchase a cylinder from them not the unit I have doesn’t take a lock. Then they make you take their insurance otherwise they can’t rent you. Big scam charging for everything.
