Very knowledgeable staff

Check in was really special. The lady Jessica at the receptionist desk was super friendly and professional. She went the extra mile to ensure we were checked in and took time to answer all our questions no matter how complex. We did meet some technical difficulties (our code worked outside and not inside and we were not able to get in and had to wait until the next day) which was annoying because I still needed to go to work that day and had to end up paying more for the U-Haul truck the next day, but when we spoke with Jessica (really hope her name is been spelled correctly) she went ahead and did what she needed to make us comfortable and want to stay with the company. I would encourage others to use Storage post. The prices are affordable for the most part and right now in this moment I am happy I chose them.

The place is usuallveryclean except when these moving companies roll through droppin offor picking up staged loads. They can have a tendancy to trash the roadwayq quite well with garbage. Food wraps beverage continers etc. Annoying but usually cleaned up by the staff promptly.
