One female you could damn near here her rolling around in her bed, her name started with an R. I think she said Rayann. She was being a smart ass, real attitudy like she had a problem with me asking questions. She wouldn't have dared been rude like that to me in person. On the other had I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric as well, I spoke to him over the phone a few times and he was always helpful, never sounding like he's under the covers in the bed, and he was never rude once. If ever I need to speak to customer service again, I hope the guy Eric answers the call. He knows how to work from home doing customer service. Thank you Eric your customer relations skills are a 10. Everytime someone gives a not so great review, they always respond back saying we have no record of you being a customer. But you got a record of accepting my money for the past five years. This company needs better customer service amongst other things.
