I want to thank Madison a Perth Amboy employee for helping me to access my unit when I could not locate my key. It was a relief to know my things were safe and someone was there to quickly resolve my problem. I have rented here for almost a year. I have a small very affordable unit that serves me well. The 4 stars are because I tried to move yesterday and found that my unit was locked. I did receive an email with the combination, but I did not pay attention. Today, when I called Customer Service, all was explained, and I obtained the information. For the most part, my first interaction with Nicole was very good. She explained everything in detail. So far so good.
