They give zero leeway the same day payment is due if you don't pay by tge end of the day they're already locking you out and tacking on late fees. They also have these people that come in with tractor trailers that block up everything. There's been numerous times I couldn't get out the facility because there we're people unloading appliances and just putting them any and everywhere blocking the way to exit. I call the office to let them know and nothing gets done. It's a constant problem in the Perth Amboy facility.

The 4 stars are because I tried to move yesterday and found that my unit was locked. I did receive an email with the combination, but I did not pay attention. Today, when I called Customer Service, all was explained, and I obtained the information. For the most part, my first interaction with Nicole was very good. She explained everything in detail. So far so good.

My experience was very wonderful I had same day service the process was very simple Carlos was excellent very professional. I also liked that it's easy access the elevator was rite where I needed to be clost to my unit very excited haven chosen this location very satisfied customer.

I want to thank Madison a Perth Amboy employee for helping me to access my unit when I could not locate my key. It was a relief to know my things were safe and someone was there to quickly resolve my problem. I have rented here for almost a year. I have a small very affordable unit that serves me well.
