They give zero leeway the same day payment is due if you don't pay by tge end of the day they're already locking you out and tacking on late fees. They also have these people that come in with tractor trailers that block up everything. There's been numerous times I couldn't get out the facility because there we're people unloading appliances and just putting them any and everywhere blocking the way to exit. I call the office to let them know and nothing gets done. It's a constant problem in the Perth Amboy facility.

Ever since they changed the name it hasn't been the same

Only issue is lack of parking maneuvering space.

Out of all storage places in my opinion its the best

I've had a great experience storing my belongings at Storage Post. The units are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I have a couple of storage units and I feel that my belongings are very safe and protected. However if you need to move things in and out do not go on the weekends after 9am.

There was a small wrinkle with my move in, as the room i reserved had been once three rooms that had merged, and the room number on the door was not quite the one in my online paperwork. I would have to say that the staff was very helpful, and the desk guy even stayed late to make sure i had the correct room. The prices are good, and i can't argue with 2 free months, less signing fee, etc. I had a bad experience with a competitor, and excessively severe late fee. I plan to emply that space and move everything to storage post. Hopefully, I will continue to be happy with them.

I was worried about storing my valuables at a self storage facility, but Storage Post put my mind at ease with its state-of-the-art security measures.

We went to the Storage Post in Perth Amboy and met with Johnny. We had booked a storage unit via the phone with Alita/Adita, who was very lovely, friendly and professional. We checked the unit we booked and noted it was with an obstruction in the middle. However, Johnny had a look at his remaining units and proposed another unit with no obstructions. Again, all done very quick, professionally and most importantly, with a friendly smile! We had our goods from Australia arrive today at the facility and we were very happy with the facility and saw Johnny again with a smile! Well done and great work!
