Employees are friendly, the site manager Brett L provides excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable and very fair. Not climate controlled and the elevator is janky. Would recommend a unit on main or upper level. The basement is questionable.

Hopefully it all keeps. Just about everything purchased was provided in contention with their promotions. This deal being like it was, maybe another better could be upcoming and that is a Good Thing.

Knocked off 1 star because initial move in was rough since there was only 1 cart available. Other than that everything good.

This review is late! I've had a locker at Storage Post Jersey City for 2 years. The day I went to register for it, it was at closing and the door was locked. Victoria was still in the office. She got up to answer the door and when I told her what I wanted, but I could come back, she let me in. She took me around the facility, we did the paperwork and it was done. I didn't have to come back, she took time out of starting her weekend and was very pleasant about it. I'm sorry it took so long for me to thank her. The facility itself is excellent. Clean, well lit, secure, perfect. Notices of service changes are posted regularly so you always know when you can or cannot get to your locker. There are carts usually in the lobby, but on occasion you have to find one, but generally always have one available. The only reason I give it only 4 stars is I'd like the hours to be a little longer, but it's not killer.
