UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!

This place is awesome, the people here are always pleasant and very helpful.. I am currently renting 3 storage units and I want to thank ( Edyta Colon ) the store manager for helping me with all 3 units.. She is amazing..

Maria made the process and transition really smooth. We saw units we were interested without an issue or complaint. Units were super clean!! She was super nice and polite.
