The customer service is exceptional from the first day I started renting I met with India she walked me through the process and help me and got me setup with everything explained everything very well, the units are very affordable as well. i had the most amazing experience at this location storage(LInden NJ) with the staff member(MARIA) which they was very professional and helpful... The hallways and building was very clean... I will definitely refer a friend to rent out a space at this location ... Very pleased customer...

Kayla of the Linden office and Erica of the Atlanta office were AWESOME! I was shown several units and chose one that best fit my needs. There was a few questions I had that needed further assistance from Erica. Everything was completed in no time at all. I'll be moving into the unit tomorrow.
