I’ve been renting here for a few months. The units are very clean, the location is very convenient to my home. The customer service is exceptional from the first day I started renting I met with India she walked me through the process and help me and got me setup with everything explained everything very well, the units are very affordable as well. UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!

I have come to this storage facility a few times a week the past few weeks helping my friend move and i must say its Really nice ,the manager India is ALWAYS helpful and friendly and I always see her moving..... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRL
