I am so grateful for the JAB Team(John, Anna, Bucky) in Linden, NJ!! They are very nice & compassionate to your every need. They always give courteous calls when your bill is due, they're very friendly and funny when you need questions answered and a problem solved. I've been a customer since March 2019, and I always look forward to going in the office to say hello whenever I'm there. They're customer service is way beyond 5 stars!!

UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!
