Revised: This issue was quickly fixed by management. A refund was issued. All good. (This place will ultimately charge for storage you didn't used and not provide you with refund. Complete scam. They hustle to provide a deposit with all you information and even if you don't sign the lease they still move for by charging you for storage unit you never used. Refuse to give u a refund. I will be contacting the better about that. Your lease a binding contract if don't sign it we don't have a contractual agreement on anything.)

This is my third location over a three year period. I have been previously at the site by Kean University, at the site at Rt. 22, and now at Magnolia. The ladies at Magnolia were incredibly professional, very helpful, and made my transfer to their facility pain and anxiety free. The magnolia site is closer to home. But my major surprise was the high tech in the building, and the off the charts cleanliness of the facility. It was so clean, not even dust existed. I not only highly recommend this facility, but I encourage you to visit the sight and see for yourself. The site used to be an armory. It is a fortress. You stuff will be well protected. Get this, they have light sensors in each unit. I’ve had units in other facilities with zero lightning. LOL. The ladies are fantastic. Give them a call.

Everyone at Storage Post was very friendly and outgoing, and I've got to say their customer service is really top-notch. I have visited other storage facilities to find out which would be the safest, cleanest, and most secure, and this location exceeded my expectations. I'm glad to say that I will be a customer for some time, and will be recommending every and anyone who needs storage!

My mom and I have had a unit here for about 4 years now and Edyta has been so helpful ever since! She is amazing, theres been so many times she's helped us with numerous different things I honestly couldn't thank her enough. We will be emptying our storage unit this week so will no longer be a customer, but if we ever need one again we will definitely be going back there!
