The customer agent that helped me was Sean. He was extremely courteous and polite and went above and beyond to explain the procedures and policies of the facility. He had a lot of patience and I appreciate the time he spent going over things with me and honestly if it wasn't for him taking that time with me I probably would have stored my belongings else where. I want to personally acknowledge my appreciation for the outstanding service .on my very first visit. And again, thank you once again.

The gentleman st the desk was amazing. The prices took just minutes and he explained it perfectly. I know to call on the 14th of whatever month I decide to close out my storage in order to pick up at end of month and not be charged for the next month. He was wonderful!

My experience has been great with these guys. It has been over a year and a half and i have yet to run into any issues. I wish there was 24hour access to my unit; I'm confident that will come in time though. The Place still seems to be fairly new.
