Excellent! Clean! Safe! Staff always helpful when needed! Best storage facility around!

Thios place is the best storage place in this area, the other storage places in this area or terrible, i was in this storage place for 2 years and never got any of my belongings stolen, i was in a new storage facility for 3 moths and had 4 incidents of items being stolen without no forced entry, and the staff knew nothin and didnt see anything, very fishy, this is the place to store your stuff, the other facilities suck , and all they wanna do is over charge you go thru your things and steal your belongings dont wate your time and deal with them, (2 in particular) this is the best place to store your items.

Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit

I had a major billing issue. I called customer service and spoke with Diamond. She was knowledgeable, courteous, etc. She assisted me with my problem and I was more than satisfied.

Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had. She researched a question and got back to me promptly with an answer and a good solution. Great Job ,thanks again
