Toys for Tots began in 1947 when Colonel William L. Hendricks, USMCR and his Marine Reserve Unit collected toys to distribute to the less fortunate children of Los Angeles, CA. After a successful first year, the Marine Corps adopted the project and expanded it to be nation-wide in 1948.

This year, Storage Post is proudly partnering with Toys for Tots by collecting donations at all of our New York and New Jersey locations.
