I was very pleased with my move in. MR.REVERA & MS.INDIA was very helpful, nice, plesent to speak with, they listened to my needs and delivered. India met me outside on the day of my move in to assist me this were to park the truck for my convenience. Now that's the kind of customer service I need all the time. Tyrone truly went above and beyond—I absolutely love this place. I recently lost my mother and had to pack up her entire apartment and move everything into storage, which was incredibly overwhelming. From start to finish, everyone here was kind, supportive, and made the whole process feel seamless. On moving day, we ran into delays and were running very late, but Tyrone stepped in as the MVP. He helped us sort out the logistics and made a stressful situation so much easier. He was patient, compassionate, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I really can’t say enough good things about this team. Highly recommend.
