Very Clean, Very orderly, and most importantly, staff is Awesome! Abraham is amazing in everything he does! I’ve dealt with many storage companies in the past, and this place is A-1. Highly Recommended to all!

very friendly customer service. front desk lady is very welcoming. overall storage post is nice , modern , above expectation. some homeless people are there but they are outside.

I highly recommend renting with storage post( Richmond Terrace). Manny was very attentive and helpful. He helped me with a smooth transition into the unit.Manny also made sure my storage unit was sanitized and clean before placing my belongings in my unit. Excellent service!

The facility is very clean and organized (my top priority). I booked my storage unit over the phone and when I arrived on my moving day everything was such an easy process. Also...my promotion, rate and payments were accurate with what I was told over the phone. Front desk person was very nice as well. Store here!
