I was so fortunate to find such an incredible gem at Post Self Storage!! (Chicago) Robert is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience if it wasn’t for him and being so helpful, I wouldn’t have had my storage locker or items in there protected safely and taking the time making you feel welcome and a priority when you just came from having a tough day of moving, made such a difference. Thank you Post Self Storage and most incredibly Robert!

There were limited office hours which is not posted online and was not disclosed when I rented. While there is a remote check in process, it is strange and risky providing personal information to a screen in a public area on the sidewalk. This does not protect personal information and leaves customers vulnerable to identity theft.
