Jessica, Adriana, and Christine were extremely helpful! I needed to move out but forgot my key. Christine knew exactly what process to start to help me out. Jessica performed the fastest drill out I’ve ever seen! Adriana was quick and concise with the proper documentation to close out my unit. Very professional and friendly staff.

We used this storage unit for about 4 months and in that time I believe it changed companies twice. We have had issues in the past with Extra Space/Life Storage here: rude, unhelpful staff; lack of communication with clients when gates are broken, and issues trying to have movers move our things to our new place. But today I went to close out our unit after being transferred to Storage Post, and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how kind Jessica was, but how extremely helpful she was in getting my unit closed, communicating my finals payments, and letting me out of the gate after my account/key code was shut down from closing my unit! I really hope this place is pivoting with this new group coming in. It wasn’t a bad place to rent besides the pst poor staff.

I rented a unit for my college student. The first three times he went during business hours the office wasn't open and we hadn't received a building access code in any of the confirmation emails. I was finally able to reach the manager at this location by going through the sales option who connected me. All is fixed now, but it was a very frustrating start!
