First time getting a storage unit and had a fantastic experience. From the phone call with Porscha who helped me find a great deal to the accommodations with Nenah who helped me get a unite in the first floor since construction was not allowing access to the elevators and I needed to move in asap. Overall amazing

The storage company changed from Honore Storage to Storage Post in 2025. New company is just as good. They kept the Albany Park location clean and organize, I see maintenance staff regularly up keeping the place. Fair price, easy access, spacious loading bay.
