Took the time to fill out all the unnecessary paper work online. Paid by credit card and two days later when I went to check in I had to do it all over again. So do yourself a favor and don't do anything online. Just show up and expect to spend about 25 minutes fooling with paperwork. The access code you get online isn't right either. As far as the unit goes It's pitch dark you can't see anything inside. I'm on the second floor. It was kind of dirty in the hallway. I haven't put anything in it yet because I'm not sure this is going to work out for me. I don't like the ramp to load and unload on the second floor. The young lady at the desk was as nice as she could be. It's not her fault this place isn't really set up right. I might try to get on the first floor and perhaps that will solve my issues. I'll update this review if that happens. Update: Storage Post has transferred me to a first floor unit which fixes the issue I had with the ramp. Once again Maria at the front desk was very helpful. They were very fast to respond to this.

I stored my RV in their exterior storage lot for almost 2 years. I cannot say enough how kind and helpful everyone at the Storage Post was EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. They would answer my questions promptly, would confirm my payment both over the phone as well as via email to give me peace of mind and went above and beyond to help get my claims adjuster to my slip after Hurricane Ida ravaged the area. I would recommend the St Rose storage post 10 out of 10 times to anyone looking for a unit or space to store a trailer.
