Decided to rent a small unit and the minute I walked in the door for assistance I already felt it was a really great experience. Edyta Colon, Store Specialist has superb customer service skills. She was very pleasant and thorough with the unit and facility. I am a repeat customer and I believe it was also Edyta that assisted me 3 years ago as well. I recently booked a storage unit online at the Public Storage in Linden. I am yet to visit the facility, but tempted to leave this review now itself to share my experience. The facility manager, Tatiana, is awesome!! The moment I booked the unit, Tatiana called to introduce herself, walk me through the online rental process in detail, answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for me to visit. After I completed the online reservation, Tatiana promptly called to thank me and again answer any questions. Very professional, pleasant, courteous, thorough and helpful team, led by their manager Tatiana.

I’ve had a storage unit here for about three years and I don’t have anything to complain about, very clean, accessible, they have carts for your belongings, ladders in case you have a unit on top, they have a variety of sizes depending on your needs and budget, their business hours are decent, they have a bathroom in the office in case you’re going to be at your unit adjusting things for a few hours, anything you may need help with the employees in the office are very useful and knowledgeable.
