They give zero leeway the same day payment is due if you don't pay by tge end of the day they're already locking you out and tacking on late fees. They also have these people that come in with tractor trailers that block up everything. There's been numerous times I couldn't get out the facility because there we're people unloading appliances and just putting them any and everywhere blocking the way to exit. I call the office to let them know and nothing gets done. It's a constant problem in the Perth Amboy facility.

The working from home customer service needs to be canceled. The few females I've talked to were very nasty and rude. One female you could damn near here her rolling around in her bed, her name started with an R. I think she said Rayann. She was being a smart ass, real attitudy like she had a problem with me asking questions. She wouldn't have dared been rude like that to me in person. On the other had I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eric as well, I spoke to him over the phone a few times and he was always helpful, never sounding like he's under the covers in the bed, and he was never rude once. If ever I need to speak to customer service again, I hope the guy Eric answers the call. He knows how to work from home doing customer service. Thank you Eric your customer relations skills are a 10. Everytime someone gives a not so great review, they always respond back saying we have no record of you being a customer. But you got a record of accepting my money for the past five years. This company needs better customer service amongst other things.

There is a ramp to go up with item, so if you are coming with an extra heavy item like refrigerator etc be prepared.. also the light sensors inside are annoying, never sense you right to go on. And the worse part the stupid door in the entrance not the main car entrance but the one you use to go in the building you need to add your code every time to go in with items bruh!! It’s annoying , they should last longer or just open and close without passcode anyway everyone of storage units are locked and there is a door to enter the property with the cars, and there is a column to go inside it will prevent you from moving long items like a stacked dryer and washer or anything over 6.5 feet .

I rent a Storage unit at this location and the air conditioning system has not worked in months. The Storage units are supposed to be climate controled. My storage unit is horriblely hot every time I go there to pickup or drop off something.

It was fine. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Only getting two stars because I know they still working on improvements, besides that they would've received Five stars. The lift was too narrow and so was the stairway. We can only use the lift during office hours, but once they finished with the improvements this place is gonna be very good to store there. They had the size storage I was looking for and not too far away.
