Leo was amazing! He was knowledgeable, helpful and was an ease to work with. The storage facility was extremely clean abs you can tell that Leo takes pride in what he does.

Had the experience of being assisted by Jared in the front who was amazing to work with! I had an issue with my storage unit and needed to downsize so not only did he help with scoping out the stuff I needed to move, but he also made the transfer process SO MUCH easier. I originally was nervous about the whole process of transitioning to a new unit but Jared really really helped me out with my 50 questions, storage sizing, pricing, and overall honesty. I greatly appreciated it and had a great and smooth experience.

the people here are fantastic! the staff is helpful,a safe &clean site.the city ilive in for 32 years,a good location.and the acess to my unit & parking lot is @ 24 is great for me, cause I"m a tractor trailer driver!

The Jersey City location is one of the best ever. I’ve done business with Uhaul over 20 years and I have to admit the service has improved dramatically!!! I had some issues with my move, the staff and management went above and beyond to make things smoother. Thank you Alicia for taking care of me in the time of need!!!????

My move the your storage was absolutely incretable great staff a there was one lady who help me Forgot her name she is registration and giving me a unit excellent she deserve a five ?? stra??.think Linda not sure but she was one who help me over the phone a offer me great promotions I could not resist::::unit is clean quiet close to New your not far I really love it. Other storage units I been to haven’t even match this company:::thank u
