I had some issues in the beginning but they worked hard to fix things so that I was satisfied. Mohammed is an excellent asset to this company. Very patient and got to the root of the issue. I am very satisfied with his expert level of customer service.

Customer Service does not get any better than the one provided by Maria Quezada.... I walked not knowing anything about storage units and she took her time and explained everything to me!!!! She is the best and an asset to Storage Post.... Oh and The unit is clean and easy to access a definite recommend to anyone....
