We arrived at the exact time the young lady at the front desk was going to lunch. When that happens people are usually rude. However she was super nice and let us know she was getting lunch and that will take 30 minutes. We waited in the parking lot and to our surprise she came back in 15 minutes. Didn’t even take her full time. She was super nice all the time and show led us around. I would definitely recommend this location more than anything because of her customer service.

I’ve been using Storage Post’s facility in Elizabeth for months and it’s been great. They let you rent a storage unit online and pay from there which is super convenient. Each unit also has a personal access code and the whole facility has 24 hour video recording and a security system so I’m never worried about someone breaking into my unit.

If I could give more stars I would ... GREAT staff and Manager was very nice, honest and helpful , the facility is just spotless looks and feels good and organized once you get there. Paperwork was very easy and fairly quick. Reasonable rates. I'd say it's all due to their professionalism and a fantastic customer service they provide. Really Happy with my experience. Thanks +
