I reserved a unit online. A representative from the company called me to follow up and get some more information. Ms Portia was very knowledgeable and professional. She ended recommending and changing my original unit once I told her the type of things that were going to be stored there. Her overall friendliness and courteous attitude is one that all personnel working with the public should exhibit. Overall it was an awesome experience speaking with her and that let me know I picked the right storage company to do business with.

I have come to this storage facility a few times a week the past few weeks helping my friend move and i must say its Really nice ,the manager India is ALWAYS helpful and friendly and I always see her moving..... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRL
