I really like this storage facility**and Nicole the employee is an amazing person hardworking person every time you do need help she's always there to help you or if she don't have an answer for you she will call somebody and get an answer for you if you have any questions about anything .BUT**there's a lot of things that bothered me the number one thing is that doesn't have a bathroom so when the office does close you have no bathroom to go to*** second thing is when you go up to the second and third floor it feels like an oven this is supposed to be controlled where you can feel the air conditioner what I feel is pure heat and then the crazy insane thing is that I can never find any carts but like I said the number one thing that really drives me insane is I can't even be in my storage unit not even for 10 minutes without feeling like I'm going to pass out because instead of it being cold it feels like 100° up there the other thing that bothered me was my payment was not due on the storage unit and one of the employees that was from New York or tall lady that kept saying that she's a district manager or something I've never seen this lady a day in my life and she ended up locking me out of my unit when it wasn't time to be locked I had still had one day before the payment was due and she really locked me out I had to show her on the keypad hey listen I still have access to my storage unit like why are you locking me out and she kept arguing with me until I proved her wrong and then at the end she noticed that she was wrong and ended up taking the lock off and then told me tomorrow the lock will be back on like I already know this I've been here long enough I told her but I did not like that like why would you lock me out of a storage unit if it's not even do yet I don't understand I was so frustrated

It’s so nice that Storage Post offers 24 hour access to my unit because I never have to stress about not having time to get something I need from my storage unit.

By far my best experience with a storage company. LaShonda was super friendly and courteous, and helped me with my move in experience. She truly went above and beyond when she lent me a few tools to help me fit my furniture. Facility was very clean inside and outside. They are on it on Magnolia ave.

The team and the service I received at this location has been nothing short of AMAZING. Val and her team are beyond friendly, efficient and great partners. I would without a doubt recommend Storage Post to vendors and other Jersey City residents as my experience has been superb.

My move was smooth and the representative Yamash Singh was very professional, helpful and patient with me. Showed me the storage options that are available to me and guided me through the process without any problems. The facility is Clean, Secure and Temperature controlled. If there was a higher rating than 5 Stars I would have definitely given it. IF you plan to use a Storage facility. You can't go wrong with Storage Post!

I took forever to finally leave this review and it is long overdue. I have been to a couple of different storage facilities and Storage Post is number one they keep up with their facilities very well maintenance. If anything goes on, they put a ticket in and resolve it immediately. They also assist all customers and go above and beyond if need be, I had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed and Valerie extremely great people, very professional, and extremely courteous and understanding Tom I would love to give a huge shout out to in the office at the Broadway location. He’s always there when you need him always willing and able to answer any and every question as well as address any, and every concern that you may have extremely transparent and extremely professional I am very satisfied with not only the facility itself but the incredible people running it. Thank you guys so much.
