My experience at Bell Tower was always pleasant, Brent was awesome and always a big help, I had my unit for 2 years and never had any issues, I only wish they had Sunday hrs, but it was not a major problem, if I ever need the need for storage again I will return....

I am so grateful for the JAB Team(John, Anna, Bucky) in Linden, NJ!! They are very nice & compassionate to your every need. They always give courteous calls when your bill is due, they're very friendly and funny when you need questions answered and a problem solved. I've been a customer since March 2019, and I always look forward to going in the office to say hello whenever I'm there. They're customer service is way beyond 5 stars!! ???????????????????
