We went to the Storage Post in Perth Amboy and met with Johnny. We had booked a storage unit via the phone with Alita/Adita, who was very lovely, friendly and professional. We checked the unit we booked and noted it was with an obstruction in the middle. However, Johnny had a look at his remaining units and proposed another unit with no obstructions. Again, all done very quick, professionally and most importantly, with a friendly smile! We had our goods from Australia arrive today at the facility and we were very happy with the facility and saw Johnny again with a smile! Well done and great work!

Leo was amazing! He was knowledgeable, helpful and was an ease to work with. The storage facility was extremely clean abs you can tell that Leo takes pride in what he does.

Great services very clean productive storage

Had the experience of being assisted by Jared in the front who was amazing to work with! I had an issue with my storage unit and needed to downsize so not only did he help with scoping out the stuff I needed to move, but he also made the transfer process SO MUCH easier. I originally was nervous about the whole process of transitioning to a new unit but Jared really really helped me out with my 50 questions, storage sizing, pricing, and overall honesty. I greatly appreciated it and had a great and smooth experience.

Victor was very helpful. I did not have my code and lock. But he walked me through the process and extended the access during my move!

My experience with the entire Staffs at STORAGE POST, is excellent! They are all courteous, professional, and very helpful... the Specialist at this Jersey City site, Yamash Singh, is an exemplary employee! The Customer Service Rep., "Porsha," with whom a spoke on the phone, is equally terrific and courteous! In addition, as a previous customer of years ago, Specialist, Val, was amazing! Because of my satisfaction with this Company, I've previously sent referrals; including my daughter, Michelle B, still a present customer. I am VERY satisfied with STORAGE POST, and would recommend this Company, especially the Jersey City branch, to anyone. Thank you all for your help and courtesy. I am very satisfied with my Unit! C.
