This is the best facility in the area. I have stored here for the last 4 years and the service is awesome...The price is great it is a climate controlled facility which works great in the summer ..The staff is great too.I would not rent anywhere else..I will definitely highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage.

Kudos on a perfectly secure and immaculately clean facility here in Jersey City. Even better kudos to the manager on site there on my latest opportunity to rent yet another storage unit. Manager Andrew Nelson was super efficient and courteous throughout; helping me select the best unit for my needs, quickly completing any and all paperwork very quickly and accurately. I'm pleased to be a satisfied customer. Great staff and site!

Decided to rent a small unit and the minute I walked in the door for assistance I already felt it was a really great experience. Edyta Colon, Store Specialist has superb customer service skills. She was very pleasant and thorough with the unit and facility. I am a repeat customer and I believe it was also Edyta that assisted me 3 years ago as well. Everyone is just really customer oriented which truly makes renting a unit that much better! Thank you Edyta and all other special employees working at this Linden,NJ location!! You guys ROCK!!!
