This is a new owner and they really seem to be cleaning up the place. They have new electronic locks on all the doors so it seems really safe.

I recently booked a storage unit online at the Public Storage in Linden. I am yet to visit the facility, but tempted to leave this review now itself to share my experience. The facility manager, Tatiana, is awesome!! The moment I booked the unit, Tatiana called to introduce herself, walk me through the online rental process in detail, answer all my questions and schedule an appointment for me to visit. After I completed the online reservation, Tatiana promptly called to thank me and again answer any questions. Very professional, pleasant, courteous, thorough and helpful team, led by their manager Tatiana.

Johnny is great! & Feeling much better now after they were able to resolve my issue. Didn't have access to my unit for over a week & we were finally able to get it resolved today.

The nicest people to work with when the rain hit hard a couple weeks ago the lower floors was flooded in they moved us up to higher floor in took care in made sure all was right

UPDATE! *** i am now pleased as the customer service crew from storage post have called me and have given access to extended hours! thank you for listening to your customers!!! i didn’t really have much to say until now. i’m not happy about the hour changes ever since the new company took over. although, i think i know why. there were a lot of crazy people coming in and out of the facility before to the point that i would feel unsafe going alone. i do like the new system they have with the elevators. but some of us work late and only get to go after 5, now that they close at 6 i barely make it. i think closing at 7 would be reasonable! please change your hours!
