Brett, the manager is very helpful and courteous. Prices are competitive. Security appears to be good. One the downside. The entire building needs to be made more inviting as it is dull, dated and dime.

I rent a Storage unit at this location and the air conditioning system has not worked in months. The Storage units are supposed to be climate controled. My storage unit is horriblely hot every time I go there to pickup or drop off something.

The place is convenient and the rep Courtney is great. Very professional and courteous. The only problem I have with the storage place is that they charge you for minor things to make more money. I had to purchase a cylinder from them not the unit I have doesn’t take a lock. Then they make you take their insurance otherwise they can’t rent you. Big scam charging for everything.

They give zero leeway the same day payment is due if you don't pay by tge end of the day they're already locking you out and tacking on late fees. They also have these people that come in with tractor trailers that block up everything. There's been numerous times I couldn't get out the facility because there we're people unloading appliances and just putting them any and everywhere blocking the way to exit. I call the office to let them know and nothing gets done. It's a constant problem in the Perth Amboy facility.
