Check in was really special. The lady Jessica at the receptionist desk was super friendly and professional. She went the extra mile to ensure we were checked in and took time to answer all our questions no matter how complex. We did meet some technical difficulties (our code worked outside and not inside and we were not able to get in and had to wait until the next day) which was annoying because I still needed to go to work that day and had to end up paying more for the U-Haul truck the next day, but when we spoke with Jessica (really hope her name is been spelled correctly) she went ahead and did what she needed to make us comfortable and want to stay with the company. I would encourage others to use Storage post. The prices are affordable for the most part and right now in this moment I am happy I chose them.

I have been here over 1year, and they have gone the extra mile (Nicole Florie) helped me transfer from one spot to another, moisture and Dirt and dust where seeping in, and this young lady took the time to inspect the old locker and changed me over to new locker.
