They followed up on every concern I had and did everything possible to make sure I felt like a valued customer. Their follow-up calls and professional kindness meant a lot and made all the difference. In addition, the customer service team at the call center — a male and a female whose names I unfortunately cannot recall — were also outstanding. They were polite, patient, and proactive. They offered me a deal without me even asking and quickly rectified any billing issues I had. Overall, the team went above and beyond to turn my experience around, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown throughout.
