This site has been very accommodating to their customers. Gloria, the site manager showed all available storage units until we found the most convenient one for our family. She was friendly, helpful, and professional when presenting the different storage units. I recommend anyone looking for storage units to visit this site and ask for Gloria.

They worked with me & were patient. From the call center rep Larry to Nychelle. Nychelle made sure I chose the right unit, was within my budget and easily accessible. I really appreciate these guys they made a hard transition easy .

My name is Andre Ross and I'm giving 5 stars for the exemplery service of Lizette last name unknown and Alex Uzhra who went above and beyond to help me navigate my way during a very dark time. The company itself I'd give 3 stars due to the outrageous late payment penalties and the conditions of premises itself. That said I've been a long time customer and have been happier in the past. Nevertheless, if it were not for Alex and Lizette, I would most likely refrain from doing business with this company. That's my two cents. Here's a nickel, keep the change.
