Pedro was a great help when I arrived at alm ost the very last minute to closing time. He patiently had me sign the lease at the desk (which I was supposed to have done ahead of time). Also, it's nice being allowed a discount deal when you've been a customer for a while. January 2026 I'm not happy with getting a 3' x 3' unit when I reserved and registered for a 5' x 6'. The tall ceiling doesn't get it to half of what I asked for, even with a ceiling lower by two feet. Let's see how it gets resolved. I give Vinnie credit for saying he'd apply for a refund for the unnecessary lock right away. (I had one, but misunderstood what he said). Hope that comes through ASAP. July '26 Update: it's months later, and after reminding the phone center rep (not an agent on location) that the $9.79 credit hasn't happened, I got .21 off this month's rent... So I mentioned it again to the guy at the desk. I also have a contradictory notice about a rent increase. I'm already paying a little more than what's mentioned as the new amount of rent - not counting the insurance, which I pay another company for. There seems to be some confusion.

I love my storage post, i have used them for over 10 years now. My experience has always been positive. The staff and the Managers have always been professional and try to resolve any issues that I may have. I have used the one on Fordham Road and now on Bruckner, my service is still great.

They took the time to show me each available units and answered all questions I had with knowledge. It was great customer service.

The staff was informative, very polite and helpful. The spaces was just what I needed. Easy access.

I went to this location looking to inquire about a 5x5 unit to safely secure my grandmother's belongings. I was very hesitant and reluctant to try another storage company because of past bad experiences w/ storage places. I was greeted by Lizzette who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the facility and its safe/secure policy. Due to her warming & spunky personality and her constant reassurance that my belongings would be well kept, I will be returning this weekend to purchase the 5x5 unit. I personally would recommend if you have any questions or concerns to ask for Lizzette to assist you, she is very knowledgeable and courteous. SN: The facilty smells amazing and the bathrooms are extremely clean!

I WILL KEEP MY STORAGE AND RECOMMEND FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE. DONT RECOMMEND A FRIEND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU $50.00 CREDIT THEY ADVERTISE. I HAD A FRIEND OPEN A STORAGE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $50.00 CREDIT. THEY NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT. I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT $50.00 BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

Being close to my house and having quick access made Storage Post incredibly useful for me.
